He has squandered billions of dollars in a war that I believe should never have been authorized and should have never been waged. (APPLAUSE) We have not made the investments that are needed in our school system. You travel around South Carolina along the corridor of shame, and you've got children who are going to schools that were built in the 1800s. And they are not able to compete in an international economy. So it is absolutely critical right now to give a stimulus to the economy. And Senator Clinton mentioned tax rebates. That wasn't the original focus of her plan. I think recently she has caught up with what I had originally said, which is we've got to get taxes into the -- tax cuts into the pockets of hard-working Americans right away.
Tourists create more CO2 than we do
Last week, Environment Minister Jane Davidson published an Energy Route Map which aims to generate all Wales' electricity from renewable energy sources by 2025. Prof Cooke said, "Currently, CO2 emissions per head in Wales, at 14.2 tonnes per head per year, are the third highest in Europe and the 12th highest globally, even though much of Wales is rural and sparsely populated. But tourists, of whom Wales has around 12 million a year, push our total emissions much higher. "Although tourists tend to come to Wales for quite short periods, they are responsible for higher CO2 emissions through heating and lighting, car use and waste." Prof Cooke said, "I'm not saying Wales should be deterring visitors. Obviously tourism is a very important part of the Welsh economy.
Leitch Backs McGhee For Scotland Role
But football is not an exact science and Motherwell were poor in their 3-1 defeat at St Mirren on Saturday, despite their excellent form shown so far this season. As usual the players spent Sunday and Monday at the club as they were forced to admit for once standards slipped. That can't happen again tonight when Hearts come to town as a Scottish Cup run would be fantastic for this group of players. Leitch said: "We didn't have a go because you can't be too hard on them after all they've given us. "But we did point out - and they knew this themselves - we didn't reach the levels we've shown already this season and St Mirren deserved their win. "Now this is a great chance to get going again. Hearts have found a bit of form and will be full of confidence after beating Hibs.
I AM STILL A WRECK WHEN IT COMES TO EMOTIONS
He does not expect to get the final sign-off from his neurologist until September, two years after the accident. He admits that he has suffered mortally with depression and confesses that he has lost all his coping mechanisms. He still talks regularly to his psychiatrist. .

I would be very interested in hearing some of the problems that are causing our state police to have to work under conditions most people would find difficult if not impossible. There are so many rules and so many people you have to be responsible to, it just doesn't seem fair...and when they ask for a little understanding, it seems that everyone thinks being a police officer means you somehow become less than human. I am finding in my research that there is far more occupational stress than stress that is felt through critical incidents. Is that true, and what would it take to make the job easier, not only for the officers, but also for the administration, I am sincerely interested in learning more. Artists break a sweat riding pedal-car art exhibit; fun stops when ...
The video shows four art enthusiasts pedalling a hollowed-out car down Queen St. W., their pumping feet visible like Fred Flintstone's. "Our little legs were going, we were breaking a sweat," art gallery director Elaine Gaito said yesterday. They were riding an art exhibit titled "Shared Propulsion Car," a hollowed-out 1986 Buick Regal fitted with four pedal-and-gear mechanisms but missing the engine, transmission, electrical system and suspension. Instead of headlights, votive candles burned behind the glass. Gaito's Mercer Union Centre for Contemporary Art, at 37 Lisgar St., put the car on display with an opening-night bash Oct. 24. The next day, four friends of the work's creator, Montreal artist Michel de Broin, took it for a spin, topping speeds of 15 kilometres an hour.
